SpaceX Super Intelligence launches unified “The X Subscription” bundling X Premium, Grok, and Cursor

In a strategic move to broaden its user base, SpaceX Super Intelligence—also known as SpaceXSI—has introduced a single subscription package that merges its existing products X Premium, the Grok AI platform, and the Cursor AI coding assistant. The new plan, branded simply as “The X Subscription,” is designed to present a more compelling value proposition against rivals such as OpenAI and Anthropic, which dominate the paid AI subscription space.
The bundle grants subscribers full access to Grok’s conversational AI, supporting text, voice, images, video, and API interactions, as well as its agentic AI Bot. Cursor’s AI‑driven code generation tools are included, and the package also incorporates the premium features of X Premium, including the blue verified checkmark, creator utilities, and a reduced ad experience.
Pricing tiers and usage caps
SpaceXSI offers five tiers within the new subscription:
- Free – limited chat and agent capabilities
- Plus – $8 per month
- Premium – $30 per month
- Super – $100 per month
- Ultra – $200 per month
Each successive tier raises the ceiling on AI usage, and accessing the most recent Grok models requires at least the Premium tier.
Benefits for current X Premium+ members
The company points out that existing X Premium+ subscribers will find a comparable plan in the new structure that costs the same or less than their current arrangement, providing an incentive to adopt the unified offering without financial penalty.
Transition path for existing users
Users who wish to move to The X Subscription can upgrade directly through their X account settings. Alternatively, they may retain their present plan. The upgrade option will be rolled out incrementally, so interested customers should monitor their billing settings to take advantage of the offer when it becomes available.
By consolidating its AI services under one roof, SpaceXSI aims to simplify the user experience and capture a larger share of a market where convenience and comprehensive access are increasingly decisive factors.
